Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of your purchase.

General Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered (including rings stretched heavily out of shape), and sent back in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at hello@mimimode.com with your name, order number, shipping address, and the item(s) you wish to return. Please let us know the reason for your return so we can best assist you!

Processing & Return Shipping Charges

Once your return request is approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label for Canadian orders. Please note that a return postage fee of $15 will be deducted from your final store credit amount.  For international orders outside of Canada, customers are responsible for the cost of tracked return shipping.

Please allow 1–2 weeks from the time your package arrives at our studio for us to process your items. Our team will email you with your digital store credit or exchange confirmation as soon as it's ready.

Exclusions & Final Sale Items

The following items are Final Sale and are completely excluded from our return, exchange or store credit policy:

• Earrings: For strict hygienic and health reasons, all earrings are final sale.

• Custom Orders: Any piece made specifically for you, customized in size, or custom-designed cannot be returned or exchanged.
